Saturday Sharing from the She – Shed Volume 34
Happy Saturday!
I am back from my travels and ready to hit the ground running.
I was away for five days with the girls in Spokane, Washington, and it was a little slice of heaven.

We had so much fun walking, hiking, eating, chatting, and laughing. And, of course, eating again!
It was a good thing that we walked several miles a day. We are working on training for a half marathon next May, which I am very excited about. I will not be running, just a fast jog and walking. Too old for that running stuff.

Weekend Adventures
The weather was fantastic; it felt like fall and so delightful.
Fall is my favorite season; you might have observed my early decorating endeavors.
My foraging expedition in Washington yielded a great harvest, enabling me to craft some arrangements and decorate some shelves for my girlfriend.
Time seems to slip through our fingers this season, making me eager to relish those enchanting pumpkins for as much time as I can muster.

What’s Happening in the Garden
My dahlias are returning after I stripped them of their leaves from mold. I have my fingers crossed, but it looks like I will get one more bloom from them.
The zinnias are blooming well, and the arbors are almost entirely covered with blooms.
We visited some gorgeous gardens in Manito Park while I was in Washington. The gardens were full of hydrangeas, Dahlias, Begonias, and much more.
If you are ever in Spokane, be sure to visit this park.

What Happened This Past Week
Have you ever dyed paper with coffee or tea? I had so much fun creating these beautiful papers to create some fall decorations.

When I finished making my papers, I made a beautiful fall garland for my mantel.

This week was full of fall inspiration from our Early Fall tour. You can view over 30 bloggers’ homes and gardens to see how we have all decorated this year.
Things that have inspired me this week
One of the best parts of being a blogger is reading others’ blogs. I am always so inspired by what I see. Here are a few of my favorites from this week.
I love wheat for the fall, and this wreath is beautiful , it stopped me in my tracks.
Kim @shiplapandshells shared these gorgeous Cedar Garden Planters. I can’t wait to purchase a few of these for my garden.
My friend Stacy @bricksnbloooms wrote her first book!
Congratulations to my friend. This is such a great accomplishment.

And KariAnne @thistlewoodfarms just published another new book! 10 minute decorating ideas.
Both of these books would make a beautiful gift.

Brooke just added the most amazing pergola to her backyard, I am so envious! Unfortunately, I don’t have the room for one.
If you love amber glass like I do, you will love this post all about decorating for fall with amber glass from Rachel.
And I love this rustic entryway for fall from my sweet friend Jen.
Wait until you see these easy and delicious cookies for fall. YUM YUM!
You will love this post if you need a small charcuterie board.
And wait until you see this clever idea: building a pantry under the stairs.

What is in my shopping cart this week
I am finishing up my fall decorating and preparing for this month’s Halloween table post. Some items in my cart include these fun placemats and this black glass pumpkin.
I ordered two sets of these fun Halloween plates. They will be the perfect touch for my festive table.
I loved the linen pillows I ordered so much last week that I ordered in another color. The quality was amazing, and so were the colors.
I also ordered this beautiful embroidered pumpkin pillow.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
