Saturday Sharing from the She-Shed Volume 12

Welcome to Saturday’s sharing from the She Shed. My goal is always to provide inspiration, creativity, and new ideas for your home and garden. In this weekly post, I share all the happenings at WM Design House and a bit of behind-the-scenes.

Happy Saturday! It’s a beautiful day here in sunny Southern California, and I am currently out in the garden enjoying some time tending to my plants.

What’s happening at WM Design House

We visited our son, his wife, and their new baby in Florida. It was so fun to relax, snuggle and love on this little one, our first grandson. We returned home very late Monday night. But, of course, we were gone just long enough to get messed up by the time change.

Time flies by when we visit with loved ones. I can’t wait to go back to see him again.

What’s New

All of the grass and old plants have been removed. The sprinklers have been moved, and the bins arrived today. Tomorrow starts the construction of the raised beds will be. I am getting very excited and ready to plant my flowers.

I received two seed orders this week, one from Johnny’s seeds and another from Eden. So here are just a few of the beauties I will be growing this year—Columbine, zinnias, dahlias, sweet peas, sunflowers, cosmos, and so much more.

We are getting ready to go to Hawaii. Have you been? We will be visiting Maui and Oahu on this trip and looking forward to spending time with good friends and celebrating their anniversary.

I am looking forward to reading a book and getting some much-needed rest.

I love quick and easy dresses you can throw on and look great, and I fell in love with this purple jumpsuit at Target.

I have to admit relaxing on vacation is not always the easiest for me. So hard to sit still, but I will do my best to enjoy the moments and relax. Suppose you have any great book suggestions. Could you send me an e-mail?

Don’t worry; I have prepared some posts to share with you while I am gone. I will also share some of our adventures on the weekends.

Creative Christmas Pajama Party Ideas for Your Grandkids

One of my favorite Holiday traditions is our pajama parties with our grandchildren. We all wear matching pajama sets, decorate sugar cookies with mountains of frosting and sprinkles, make Christmas decorations, and then snuggle up to watch movies and read stories. When bedtime comes around, we have a “campout” on the family room floor, lit only by…
