Adorable Valentine’s Day Tiered Tray Decor Ideas

Add a touch of style and sweet treats to your kitchen with these practical and stylish Valentines tiered tray decor ideas.

Do you add Valentine’s Day decor to your home?

I love Valentine’s Day, but I have to admit that I only add a few touches here and there.

I just put Christmas away and am enjoying the clean slate, so I am not ready to clutter things up too much.

My family room mantel gets the majority of the Valentine’s decor.

A sweet banner that says LOVE is hung above the fireplace, with another banner made of wooden beads, red hearts, and little items I adore.

Several of my own DIY projects sit on the mantel, a stack of books decorated with graphics, vintage treasures, and hearts that I have covered with old love song sheet music.

It is a sweet reminder to show those around me some extra love.

This year, I added two tiered trays in the kitchen to add that special touch for my family to enjoy.

Materials Need to Create a Valentine’s Day Tiered Tray

I was gifted this sweet two-heart tiered tray from Ilerwoods! Isn’t it adorable? So, it is the perfect inspiration for my kitchen this year. I placed a white wooden heart dough bowl underneath the tray to give it just a bit of added height.

I used a collection of fun Valentine’s Day decorations from home; several are DIY projects I have made over the years, others I bought.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Place a two-tiered tray on your kitchen table or wherever you are going to decorate. I used two trays together, one for decorations and one for sweet treats.

Step 2: I started by placing a large wooden heart that I covered with old sheet music and some ribbon trim on the top tier of the tray. Keep in mind you want to place the larger items towards the back. If you will see the decorations from both sides, keep that in mind and decorate accordingly.

Step 3: Next, I placed a pink candle and a mini heart that are slightly smaller in the front.
