Start by placing a large wooden heart that I covered with old sheet music and some ribbon trim on the top tier of the tray.

Next, I placed a pink candle and a mini heart that are slightly smaller in the front. 

For the lower tier of the wooden tray, I placed a tall white jar in the back and some vintage Valentine's cards placed into a styrofoam base and covered with moss.   

My favorite pink stuffed hearts and my DIY crown with flowing ribbons hanging down were placed in the front of the tray.

Lastly, I placed a stack of pink heart-shaped plates at the base of the tray with a few vintage valentines.
