Good Morning Friends,
I hope you are having a fantastic weekend and enjoying your friends and family.
My two sisters are visiting for the weekend, and we love spending quality time together.

Watching three of our granddaughters dance in their ballet recital was a truly magical experience. Their grace and poise on stage were captivating, and it was heartwarming to see their hard work and dedication come to life in such a beautiful performance. The eldest, who has been dancing for seven years, displayed a level of skill and confidence that was truly impressive. As we sat there, filled with pride and joy, we couldn’t help but marvel at how quickly the years have passed. Each granddaughter brought her unique charm to the stage, making it a memorable and cherished evening.

We visited my mom’s memorial to mark five years since her passing. It’s hard to believe it’s been that long; it still feels like yesterday. We enjoyed some wonderful food, including one of my favorites, Chicken Marbella. Have you ever tried it? It’s divine. If you would like the recipe, you can email me here [email protected].
What is Happening in the Gardens
The garden looks beautiful. Unfortunately, we have had several cloudy days, so the dahlias are a little slow this year. However, vibrant zinnias, delicate sweet peas, elegant foxgloves, and roses bloom like crazy.

Looks like you had a lovely weekend, your granddaughters resemble you. I remember dance recitals from my own childhood, brought back a few memories for me and how exciting it was to dance once upon a time. It is so nice you were able to get together with your sisters too. Missing family is always so difficult, I do not think the pain ever goes away.
It’s always brings me so much joy to see her shine on stage. She was born to dance. I hope you enjoyed your Memorial Day weekend!

Happy weekend! Oh your granddaughters are just adorable ?! You are so blessed. In August it will be 5 years since my mom passed and I have to say the hardest days are Sundays. We always had the best lunch at her house and unfortunately I can’t duplicate those meals. Bless you for sharing my vintage button post this week. You are the best.
