Equipment

  • 1 Espresso machine
  • 1 Glass cup or jar
  • 1 Small sifter
  • 1 Milk frother

Ingredients

  • 1-2 shots Espresso
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate syrup
  • 1 tbsp Carmel sauce
  • 4 tbsp Whipped cream
  • 1 Sprinkle Cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Make your espresso however you are going to make it. I used my Breville to make one shot and I used the instant espresso to make a second shot of espresso.
  • Fill your glass or cup with ice.
  • Drizzle chocolate sauce into the glass and over the ice.
  • Pour a shot of espresso over the ice and chocolate, this adds a nice bold flavor of coffee. If you want extra coffee flavor, you can opt for a double shot.
  • Add the coconut milk until the glass is full.
  • Now for the best part, the icing on the cake as they say. Squirt on this fabulous whip cream that only has 10 calories for two tablespoons.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup or butterscotch over the whip cream and add a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
