How to make a salami rose for your charcuterie board.

- 1 Package large salami slices 3"
- 1 Package Small salami slices 2"
Get Recipe Ingredients
Start by folding the salami slices in half and placing them over the edge of the glass and overlapping them in a circular motion.
Continue to go around the edge of the glass in the same direction until you only have a small hole in the center of the salami.
Take a piece or two of the small salami, put your finger in the middle and place it in the center of the flower per the image above.
Place them in the center of the salami you have circled around the glass.
Turn the glass upside down and remove the rose from the glass.
Serve right away or place it in the refridge for up to 24 hours.
