Salami Rose

How to make a salami rose for your charcuterie board.

Equipment

  • 1 Glass with a 3" wide opening

Ingredients

  • 1 Package large salami slices 3"
  • 1 Package Small salami slices 2"

Instructions

  • Start by folding the salami slices in half and placing them over the edge of the glass and overlapping them in a circular motion.
  • Continue to go around the edge of the glass in the same direction until you only have a small hole in the center of the salami.
  • Take a piece or two of the small salami, put your finger in the middle and place it in the center of the flower per the image above.
  • Place them in the center of the salami you have circled around the glass.
  • Turn the glass upside down and remove the rose from the glass.
  • Serve right away or place it in the refridge for up to 24 hours.
